East End tamarind- 200g
The tamarind sauce can be mixed with various spices to make a dipping or a table sauce. Ideal with somasa’s & Pakoras.
Remove contents from packaging and soak in warm water overnight. Or place the fruit in a large saucepan. Add fresh water and boil until very soft.Strain with a fine sieve.
